In the heart of the Barranco district, a protected historical area next to the Pacific Ocean, is Hotel B, a beautiful 20-room Belle Époque mansion, member of the Relais & Châteaux collection. Inspired by the neighborhood's bohemian atmosphere, the hotel showcases a private collection of contemporary artists from Latin America and Peru, adding a unique charm to the interior. The restaurant, led by Chef Franco Hurtado, recalls Lima's bohemian coffees. It offers excellent Peruvian cuisine, seafood and Mediterranean flavors, prepared with fresh, local ingredients. In turn, the Bar del B has received two Summum Awards: in 2019, for Best Restobar - Lounge and, in 2018, for Best Bartender thanks to Axel Romero, Head of Bar. A variety of wines are offered in the bar. from South America, Peruvian piscos and original cocktails, with gin as the main protagonist.
